Service and repairs

We accept audio equipment for diagnostics and repair, including amplifiers, receivers, turntables, radios, and other electronic devices. We work with both solid-state and vacuum tube technology. Most repairs are carried out on-site. Shipping equipment to us is possible upon prior email arrangement. Before accepting any device, we provide a free preliminary assessment and inform you of the estimated repair cost. Repairs are carried out only after the customer approves the quotation.

We reserve the right to refuse to accept a device without providing a reason, in particular if the repair is technically impossible, economically unjustified, or if we do not have sufficient capacity. Equipment not collected within 30 days of notification that the repair is completed or that the quotation has been declined may be returned at the owner's expense or disposed of after prior contact.

Refund Policy

SVW products are prefabricated or made to individual specifications (custom-made). According to Art. 38 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the right to withdraw from a contract is restricted due to the personalized nature of the order.

For non-custom products purchased directly and shipped within the EU, a 14-day refund policy applies from the day of delivery.

To request a return (if applicable), please contact us at [email protected] for instructions. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Craftsmanship Warranty

We provide a lifetime warranty on the electronic assembly and mechanical construction of our devices (craftsmanship warranty).

Vacuum tubes, being consumable parts with a limited lifespan, are covered by a 14-day start-up warranty (Art. 558 § 1 of the Civil Code).

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, unauthorized modifications, or natural wear and tear of consumable components other than tubes.

Safety and Usage

SVW devices operate under high voltage dangerous to life. It is forbidden to open the casing or interfere with the interior of the device while the power is connected.

Devices should only be used in dry rooms. Ensure free space around vacuum tubes for proper cooling.

Built-in protections (mains fuses, thermal protection) are intended to minimize risk, but do not exempt the user from the obligation to exercise caution.
